Overview

Keys can be copied, lost or shared, and they leave no record of who entered. Our access control systems in Nigeria replace them with biometric readers, RFID cards, keypads and smart locks, so you decide exactly who can go where and when.

We install systems for single offices as well as multi-site organisations, estates and hotels. Options include fingerprint and face recognition terminals, RFID card and fob readers, PIN keypads, smart locks, hotel RFID door locks, turnstiles for staff entrances and boom barriers for car parks and estate gates. Visitor management lets reception register guests and issue temporary access.

Access control works best alongside video. We integrate it with our CCTV installation service, so entry events can be checked against recorded footage, and with rising bollards for high-security vehicle entrances. Controllers include battery backup, and access rights can be added, changed or removed in moments, so a lost card or a departing employee never leaves your premises exposed. We also provide reports on entries, exits and attendance.

It depends on your security level, the number of users and how often access changes. RFID cards are quick and easy to manage, biometric readers prevent card sharing, and keypads suit smaller areas. Many sites combine methods, for example cards at the main door and fingerprint readers for server rooms. We recommend a design after assessing your premises.

We install controllers and locks with battery backup so the system continues to work during power outages. Locks are chosen to fail safe or fail secure depending on the door, so emergency exits release when required while secure rooms stay locked. We discuss these settings with you during design to meet safety needs.

Yes. Biometric and card terminals record the time of every clock-in and clock-out, and the software can produce attendance reports for payroll and HR. This removes manual sign-in books and reduces buddy punching, because fingerprint or face recognition confirms that the right person was present.

Yes. We supply and install RFID door locks for hotel rooms, with encoders and software for the front desk. Reception can issue key cards for the length of a guest stay, cancel lost cards and review door opening records. These systems can also cover staff areas, lifts and car parks.
