Your privacy matters to GPSFleet Tracking Services (“GPSFleetmatic”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what business and personal information we collect through this website, the GPSFleetTrack Pro platform, our mobile apps and our tracking devices, and how we use it. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email, company and address, when you request a callback, a quote or our services.
- Account information for GPSFleetTrack Pro, such as usernames, login times and settings.
- Location history and telemetry (speed, ignition, fuel, sensor and camera events) from tracking units we supply.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited on this website, including through cookies.
- Notes and documents related to sales, installation, technical support and billing.
2. How we use it
- To provide, install, monitor and support tracking and security services.
- To authenticate access to our website, platform and apps.
- To bill and collect payment for equipment and services.
- To respond to your enquiries and send service notices, such as renewal reminders.
- To improve our website and services using aggregated analytics.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information or location data with marketing or advertising companies. We may share information with agents or sub-contractors who help us with installation, billing, collections and technical support; they must protect it under this policy.
3. Law enforcement and legal requests
We provide tracking history to law enforcement agencies on receipt of a valid legal request, or where required in connection with legal proceedings or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights. When you report a stolen vehicle, we share its live location with the police at your request.

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Third-party services we use, such as Google Maps, may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Links to other websites are not covered by this policy.
5. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, misuse or alteration of your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, monitoring and backups. If a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Our services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have, we delete it promptly.
