These terms apply when you buy products or services from GPSFleet Tracking Services (“we”, “us”) or use the GPSFleetTrack Pro platform, our mobile apps or this website. Your quotation or service agreement may contain additional terms; where they differ, the signed agreement applies.
1. Services
We supply and install tracking devices, sensors, cameras and security systems, and provide access to GPSFleetTrack Pro for the subscription period you have paid for. Package contents and prices are shown on our pricing page or in your quotation.
2. Subscription and renewal
Your package includes the first 12 months of platform and data service. To keep devices online after that, an annual renewal is payable. If a renewal is not paid, tracking, alerts and remote functions stop until it is renewed.
3. Coverage and accuracy
Tracking depends on GPS satellites and cellular networks that are outside our control. We use multi-network SIMs and offline buffering to maximise coverage, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or exact positions in every location. Tracking supports, but does not replace, insurance and normal security precautions.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the services lawfully, and only track vehicles and assets you own or are authorised to track.
- Inform drivers and employees that vehicles are tracked where the law requires.
- Keep your login details safe and tell us immediately of any unauthorised use.
- Use the remote immobiliser responsibly and only when it is safe to do so.
5. Warranty
Devices are covered against manufacturing defects for the warranty period of your package. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, tampering, water ingress, unauthorised removal or installation by third parties.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss or theft of vehicles or goods. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the previous 12 months.
7. Website content
Content on this website is for general information. We may update prices and features at any time; your quotation confirms the final price.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
